She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Paul Sprinkle and Ida Belle Adams Sprinkle; her husband Edgar Wayne Patterson, Jr.; and her siblings, Paul Conrad Sprinkle and Marjorie Ida Belle Lackey (Phil).
She is survived by: her siblings, Doris Martin (Jay) of Cary, NC, Douglas Sprinkle and Donald Sprinkle; and her sister-in-law Jerry Sprinkle of Charlotte, NC. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and their children.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Shady Grove Cemetery (160 Shady Grove Cemetery Rd, Hiddenite, NC 28636).
