She is survived by: her husband Adam Chad Howell; her children, Haden Howell and Ayva Howell; her parents, Jimmy Shields and Barbara Shields; her sister Tina Dawn Pearson of Hickory; her nieces, Kayla Bullis and Lillian Pearson; her nephew Joseph Pearson; and her grandparents, Jo-Anne Little, James Shields and Mary Shields.
