With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judy Connolly of Taylorsville, North Carolina, who passed away on December 3, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Vernon Baker and Nellie Childers Baker; her former husband Henry Bowman; her husband Junie Connolly; and her brother Charles Baker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicky B. Canter (David) of Hiddenite and Mechelle B. Greene (Scott) of Taylorsville; her grandchildren, Crystal C. Smith (Josh), Bradley Greene (Tina), Kelly C. Smith (Chris), Amanda G. Grant (Anthony), Alex Canter (Melissa), Caleb Greene (Sarah), Kyra C. Fox (Alex) and Dallas Canter (Alyson); and her great grandchildren, Easton Smith, Samuel Smith, Logan Smith, Dawson Smith, Alby Smith, Carson Smith, Tucker Grant, Trinity Smith, Tolbert Grant, Reagan Grant, Ivy Greene, Jaxon Greene, June Smith, Josey Canter, Allison Lasher and Chad Lasher.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Christian Fellowship Church (455 Friendship Church Rd, Taylorsville, NC 28681). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
