He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Kenneth Eugene Spencer and Peggy Preslar Spencer; his wife Jennifer Call Spencer; his children, Steven Spencer, Regan Spencer of Charlotte and Rex Spencer; his granddaughters, Jasmine Spencer and Rina Spencer; his sister Debbie Munday (Chris Parker); and his nephew Ben Munday.
