He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack Blevins and Dorothy Lowe Carver; his wife Lisa McCurry Blevins; and his brother Roger Blevins. He is survived by : his children, Jacob Blevins (Haley), Casey Blevins, Ashley Blevins and Kayla Blevins (Mikey); his siblings, Bill Blevins (Karen), Michael Blevins, Ronnie Blevins, Sheila Noblitt and Kathy Melton; and his grandchildren, Breanna West, Aaron West, Little Mikey and Paxleigh Anne Blevins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
