She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Calvin Brown and Nina Vezila Parsons Brown; her husband Kenneth Dolphus Ball; and her brothers, Arnold Dean Brown and Larry Wayne Brown Sr..

She is survived by : her siblings, Charles Ray Brown (Sharon) of Taylorsville, Harold Gwen Brown (Elizabeth) of Taylorsville and Edna Pauline Brown of Rogersville, TN. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
