He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Rodney Downing and Rosalie Turmelle Downing. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Downing; his children, Ember Rose Downing, Danielle Downing (Chris Gates) and Nathan Downing; his grandchildren, Ava, Carter and Scarlett Gates; and his siblings, Cheryl Downing-Hall, Dennis Downing and Jeffery Downing.
