It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Millard McCoy Hodge of Taylorsville, North Carolina, who passed away on May 29, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Arnold and Myrtle Summerlin Hodge; his wife Joyce B. Hodge; his son Lawrence Stephen Kelsoe; his grandson Sam Kelsoe; and his siblings, John, Maynard Hodge and Ardna Church.
He is survived by: his children, Micheal Hodge of Hickory, Hollis Kelsoe (Joyce) of Taylorsville, Bertis Kelsoe (Beth) of Taylorsville, George Kelsoe (Cindy) of Bethlehem, Martha Rogers (Will) of Taylorsville, Mary Coleman (Mark) of Mt. Ulla, Karen Price (Rick) of Hickory and Sandy Fox (David) of Granite Falls; and his siblings, James "Archie" Hodge and Classie Whisnant.
