She was predeceased by: her grandparents, James Robert Howell and Henrietta Howell; her great-grandparents, Harold, Eliza Moser and Ruby Mae Howell; and her sister Misty Crane Lackey.
She is survived by: her parent Karen Howell; her sisters, Alisha Lackey, Lavonda Lineberger, Tausha Dagenhart, Sonja Lipford and Tomeka Lipford; her godson Josh Brown; and her godparents, Elijah and Althea Tillman of Charlotte.
The lying in state was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Visitation was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home Chapel (307 Main Ave Dr, Taylorsville, NC 28681). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
