He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Bowman and Bertha Starnes Bowman; and his brothers, Royd and Norman Bowman. He is survived by: his wife Mary T. Bowman; his daughters, Rhonda Reinhardt (Kevin) and Ann Reece (Dwayne); his grandchildren, Katelyn Banks (Billy) and Justin Reinhardt (Hayley); his great grandchild Addison Reinhardt; his sister Doris Ann Carrigan (Glenn); and his sister-in-law Martha Bowman.
