With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sammie Woodrow Wood of Thomasville, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Wood and Irene Whitlow Wood. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Truett Wood; his daughter Angela Ragan of Thomasville; and his granddaughters, Brianna Ragan and Natalie Gavitt. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery (401 W Holly Hill Rd, Thomasville, NC 27360).
