He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harold Clark and Virginia Peters Clark; and his brother John Primm. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Clark; his children, James "Bubba" Clark (Jackie) and Kimberly Clark Scarboro (Brian); his grandchildren, James Hunter Clark, Emily Haley and Braeden James Scarboro; his great grandchild Lawson Todd Mitchell; and his siblings, Mike Clark, Judy Smith, Brenda Primm and Debbie Deitz.
