She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Estes Burch and Rebecca Bullock Burch. She is survived by: her husband Robert Eugene Bailey; her daughters, Kristina Lynn Cooper Smothers (Dale) of Campbellsville, KY and Rebekah Blanche Bailey of Wendell, NC; and her grandsons, Andrew and Matthew Smothers.
