He is survived by : his wife Teresa Marshburn Tart; his children, Christopher Scott Tart and Jennifer Tart Taylor (Josh); his mother-in-law Shirley Marshburn; his brother-in-law Ricky Marshburn (Marsia); his sister Sha Brooks; his grandson Wyatt James Taylor; and his niece Caitlin Brooks.
