He was predeceased by : his father Arnold Devon; and his siblings, Cindy Billings and Cody Billings. He is survived by : his mother Ellie Lee Billings of Traphill; his wife Melissa Garris Billings; his children, Makena Lambert of Traphill, Cody Billings of Traphill and Caleb Billings (Caroline) of Moravian Falls; his grandchildren, Hadley Billings and Laken Billings; and his sister Lynette Hamby (Timothy) of Wilkesboro.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Stoney Ridge Baptist Church, 2087 N. Lomax Road, Traphill, NC 28685.
