He was predeceased by : his parents, Harley Billings and Bessie Murray Billings; his wife Judy Dancy Billings; his children, Judy Hall and Thomas Charlie Billings; and his siblings, Ray Billings, Clay Billings, Harvey Billings and Faye Luffman.
He is survived by : his children, Teeny Hall of Lenoir, Clyde Billings (Lisa) of Lenoir and Carl Billings (Shannon) of Traphill; and his siblings, Claude Billings of Austin, Mae Crouse of Austin and Shirley Billings of Shepherds Crossroads. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
