Faye Cook Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2021, at the age of 77, Faye Cook of Troutman, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitchell Cleveland Mahaffey and Estelle Lail Mahaffey; and her sister Alma Medlin (Ted). She is survived by: her husband Walter Ivey Cook, Jr.; her sons, Eddie Cook (Suyong) of Fishers, IN and James Cook (Connie) of Statesville; her grandchildren, Mitchell (Madison), Morgan, Caroline and Lizzie Cook; and her siblings, Kay Stokes (W. G.), Annie Welborn (James), Gene Mahaffey (Fay), Dale Mahaffey (Cyndi) and Kenneth Bolick. She is also survived by friends, pets and especially her grandchildren.
