We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2021, at the age of 68, Hubert Barry Lawing of Troutman, North Carolina, born in Mooresville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Llyod Lawing and Annie Katherine Kennerly Lawing; his girlfriend Carolyn Grindstaff; and his brothers, William "Bill" Elvin Lawing and Dewayne Lawing.
He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Lawing (Betty), Kathy Demery and Charlotte Lawing; his sisters-in-law, Lorie Overcash (Dan Ervin), Roberta Lawing and Sarah Lawing; his stepsons, Danny Grindstaff and Jeff Grindstaff; and his pet Tico.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Centenary United Methodist Church, 620 Centenary Church Rd, Mt Ulla, NC 28125.
