He was predeceased by: his parent Ralph Wayne Levan; and his siblings, Little Tom, Robert Craig Levan, Wade Cecile Levan, Troy Dallas Levan, Halbert Franklin Levan, Virginia Lucille Levan Brittain and Betty Jean Levan Johnson.
He is survived by: his parent Stella Mae Martin Levan; his spouse Sybil Reavis Levan; his daughter Patricia Anne Levan; and his brothers, Raymond Clifford Levan of Statesville and Parks Lloyd "Buddy" Levan of Statesville.
