He was predeceased by: his mother Frances Dean Belue; and his brother Garrison Belue. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Howard Belue; his father Waymond Belue; his children, April Johnson, Brooke Belue, Richard Belue, Jr. (Stephanie) and Bridget Belue; his brothers, James Belue and Michael Belue; and his grandchildren, Lucas, Kenlee, Kamron, Kadon, Korbin of Autumn, J. J. and Isabella.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Petty Funeral Home (124 S 562, Landrum, SC 29356). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Petty Funeral Home Chapel (124 S 562, Landrum, SC 29356).
