He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Clyde "Tommy" Williams and Hilda Jean Harmon Williams. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his siblings, Benny Williams (Lilly), Eddie Williams (Diane) and Jean Redmond (Tony) of Union Grove; and his aunts, Ann White (Jim) of Union Grove and Ila Ford of Lexington, NC.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
