He was predeceased by: his parents, C. J. Frizzell and Gladys Marie Stepp Frizzell; his brother Jerry Lee Frizzell; and his niece Regina Lynn Frizzell. He is survived by: his sibling's children, Karla Loetscher (David Pittman) of Ellenboro, Crystal Burgess (Steven) of Ellenboro and Jerry Lee Frizzell II (Sharon) of Spindale; his great-niece Alysia Roberts; Cody Couch.
