It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annette Rhoney (Valdese, North Carolina), born in Union, South Carolina, who passed away on September 10, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Edd Golden Rhoney and Taltha Mae Hartman Rhoney; her husband Bobby Joe Johnson; and her siblings, Marrill Sigmon, Sandy Rudisill and Daryl Rhoney.

She is survived by : her sons, Mark Johnson (Michelle) of Lincolnton and Ken Johnson (Sandra) of Connelly Springs; her grandchildren, Cameron Johnson of Lincolnton, Daniel Yount of Lincolnton and Ian Yount of Lincolnton; and her siblings, Juanita Wike, Linda Sebastian (Sheldon), Scharlene Rabon (Bill) and Eddie Rhoney. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Amorem Hospice at 1721 Enon Rd. Valdese, NC 28690.
