He is survived by : his wife Lisa Newton Payne; his children, Jennifer Nicole McCusker of Colorado Springs, CO, Shelia Marie Ketcham of Colorado Springs, CO and Jason Brian York of Connelly Springs; his siblings, Sherry Payne Smith (Richard) of Alexis, Cissy Blackman Rudd of Belmont and Timothy Payne (Kim) of Alexis; and his grandchildren, Aaron, Lucas and Cora York. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
