He was predeceased by : his parents, Edmond Westover Sr. and Mary Sandborn Westover; and his brother Donald Sever of Newport. He is survived by : his wife Brenda Ingalls Westover; his children, Donna Van Hout and Cory Westover; his stepchildren, Mandy Gray, Joshua Gray and Travis Gray; his grandchildren, Heather Westover, Devon St. Amand, Ashley St. Amand, Arron Van Hout, Sabrina Van Hout, Keely Gray, Russell Sandborn, Dustin Gray, Makaylie Gray and Ethan Gray; and his siblings, Michael Seaver of Vermont, Charles Westover of New Hampshire and Penny Bellior of North Carolina. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
