He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Shook Sr. and Kathleen Bell Shook; and his sister Kay Shook Stafford. He is survived by: his wife Renaye Whisnant Shook; his children, Jennifer Shook Starnes (Jesse Starnes) of Rockmart, GA, Brian Shook (Rebecca Lutz) and Erin Shook Ticarat (Emanuel Ticarat) of Olivehurst, CA; his grandchildren, Jordan Starnes (Nikki Starnes) of Rockmart, GA, Emma Ticarat of Olivehurst, CA, Ella Ticarat of Olivehurst, CA, Ethan Ticarat of Olivehurst, CA, Piper Chapman and Tucker Chapman of Connelly Springs, NC.; and his great grandchild Remi Lynn Starnes of Rockmart, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to covid regulations, mask and social distancing is requested by the family.
