He was predeceased by : his parents, John Lindsey and Beulah Lindsey; his wife Peggy Howard Lindsey; his siblings, Eddie, James Lindsey and Marilyn Maney; and his sons, Rev. Freddy Lindsey (Tammy) of Connelly Springs, Stanley Lindsey (Lori) of Newton and Ricky Lindsey.
He is survived by : his grandchildren, Chelsey Phillips (Luke) of Hayesville, Jacob Lindsey (Natasha) of Hickory, Brittany WIlson (Nathan) of Rhodhiss, Matthew Lindsey (Megan) of Winston-Salem and Amber Speagle (Stephen) of Connelly Springs; his great grandchildren, Callan, Blake Phillips, Scarlett Lindsey, Jordan, Gage Tolliver, Raelyn, Reid, Lane Wilson, Elliana and Addalee Speagle; and his siblings, George T. Lindsey, Ethel Berry and Shirley Smawley.
