It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Georgia Pauline Hess White of Vanceboro, North Carolina, born in Peabody, Kansas, who passed away on January 29, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Lester Hess and Peggy Hess; her husband Winston Albert White; her granddaughter Jennifer Dawn Haislip; her son-in-law Bob Barron; and her siblings, Daniel Hess and June H. Beers.
She is survived by : her children, Mary Barron of Winterville, NC, Billy White of Tucson, AZ, Tommy White (Vickey) of Grifton, NC and Sharon Lee (Bill) of Greenville, NC.; her grandchildren, Michelle Abbott (Jeff), Emily Acevedo, Brittany Treble (Adam Neese), Laura Beth Lee (John Brady), Jason White (Julia Johnson), Joshua White, Robbie Labadie (Emily Hidle) and Curt Lee; and her sister Wilma Hess of Greeley, CO.
