She was predeceased by : her parents, Shirl Adams and Blanche Caudle Adams; her husband Hank; her siblings, Troy Adams, David Adams (Judy), Bobby "Mutt" Adams (Betty), Harold Adams (Jean), Howard "Sam" Adams (Betty), Goldie Hamby (Adolphus) and Pernell Hobson (Cole); and her nieces, Karen Goodman and Amanda "Mandy" Adams.
She is survived by : her nephew Steve Adams; her daughter Leslie Foster Parker of Greenville; her grandson Zachary Adam Parker of Raleigh; her son Henry O. Foster Jr. (Jin) of Arlington, VA; and her siblings, Peggy Jane Lambert (Ray) of Pfafftown, NC, Ross Adams (Jean) of Pfafftown, NC, Jack Adams (Ann) of East Bend, NC and Michael Adams of Stokesdale, NC. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and their children.
