She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Hugh and Minnie Cox Tucker; her husband Jesse Thomas "Pete" Tripp; and her brothers, Hugh and Joseph Tucker.
She is survived by: her children, Jesse "Tony" Tripp (Amy) of Lexington, NC, Tammy Irwin (Eddie), Teresa Andrews (Anthony) and Havelock; her grandchildren, Nicole Irwin, Jesse Tripp (Megan), Aaron Andrews and Jamie Andrews; her great grandchildren, Sierra, David, Michael, King, Peyton and Lainey; her great great grandchildren, Grayson, Khloe, Kaisey and Mike; and her sisters, Ruth Sigmon and Lula Tucker. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
