He is survived by : his wife Mary Jane Teichert Toney of Waco, NC.; his children, Kelly Leann Toney (Donald Spencer), Stephen David Toney and Kimberly Causby; and his stepchildren, John Hodge of Crouse, NC, James Hodge and Sharon Nelms (Donald LeVasseur).
