He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy James Burr and Jessie Mae Hooks Burr. He is survived by: his wife Becky Burns Burr; his sons, Benny (Dianne Burr) and Shitzu (Zak); and his sisters, Louise Stiles of High Point and Linda Edwards of Wadesboro. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
