He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Clay "Sonny" Usrey and Mary Geraldine Lee Usrey; his wife Suzanne Usrey; his sister Mary Lynn Usrey; and his brother-in-law Milton Pegram.
He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Lee 'Rock" Usrey of Myrtle Beach, SC, Brenda Usrey Pegram of Lilesville and Patty "Kitty" Usrey Montgomery (Eddie) of Kansas City, MO; his nieces and nephews, Michelle Dennis (Matt) of Norwood, Todd Pegram of Lilesville, Lisa Andrews (Joe) of Blue Springs, MO, Kimberly Fuller (Jason) of Smithfield, MO, Max Usrey of Myrle Beach, SC and Miles Usrey of Morgantown, WV; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lee Ann Dennis, Ashley Steagall (Wes) and Natalie Davis; his stepchildren, Tim Whisont of Sacramento, CA and Deanna White of Rock Hill, SC; his close friend Shannon Wilder of Myrtle Beach, SC; and his uncle Tom Usrey (Toma) of Clearwater, FL..
