He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clay "Snip" Treadaway, Jr. and Alberta Hall Teal Treadaway; and his brother Barry Treadaway. He is survived by: his brothers, Clay Treadaway of Chesterfield, SC, Mike Treadaway of Wadesboro and Derrick Treadaway of Wadesboro; his sisters-in-law, Karen Treadaway of Wadesboro and Soncerary Treadaway of Wadesboro; and his nieces and nephews, Brook Treadaway, Barry Treadaway, Jr., Star Treadaway, Michael Treadaway, Colton Treadaway and Kobe Treadaway.
