He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leslie and Mary Todd Dickerson; and his wife Ruby Page Dickerson. He is survived by: his partner Davette Bulloch; his daughters, Robin Dickerson Morris (Gregory) of Raleigh and Lori Dickerson Goodrum (James) of Rolesville; his sister Faye Bowen of Winston-Salem; his grandchildren, Matthew Morris, Hannah Goodrum and Lauren Goodrum Molter (Joshua); and his great grandchild Everly James Molter.
