She was predeceased by: her parents, Laverne Niederhofer and Elizabeth Kahl Niederhofer; her husband Richard Alan Kuryla; and her siblings, Gary Niederhofer, Sue Mix, Robert Niederhofer and Jimbo Niederhofer.
She is survived by: her children, Kas, Karen Perez Kuryla (Carlos) of Youngsville, Thomas Kuryla (Melicent) of Youngsville and Travis Kuryla (Rosmery) of Wake Forest; her grandchildren, Andrew Jones, Elizabeth Jones, Diego Perez Kuryla, Tomás Perez Kuryla, Zachary Kuryla, Cassidy Kuryla, Leonelis Ortiz, Francisco Ortiz and Adrian Kuryla; her children, Jo Wood of Truxton, NY and Robin Terchowitz of Syracuse, NY; and her siblings, Thomas Niederhofer, William Niederhofer, Heidi Heath, Judy Niederhofer and Mary Ellen Niederhofer. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
