He was predeceased by: his parents, W. V. Haynes and Ruth Haynes; and his brothers, Wiley Horace Haynes (Skipper) and Levern Reeves Haynes. He is survived by: his wife Belinda R. Haynes; his children, Jim Haynes (Gay) of Raleigh, NC and Nancy Haynes Moseley (Chip) of Rolesville, NC; his grandchildren, Chase Moseley, Molly Moseley, Jaxon Moseley, Brad Moseley, James Moseley, Mattie Haynes, Jordan Register and Carson Michael Register; and his niece Kathie Jo Haynes.
