He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. Page and Reine DesRosiers Page. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Turner Page; his children, Charles B. Page III (Dayana) of Garner, NC and Jessie Page Booth (Dave) of Holly Springs, NC; his grandsons, Christian Page of Garner, NC, Jake and Owen Booth of Holly Springs, NC; his sisters, Linda McNeil (Gerry) of Lake Placid, FL and Leslie Baker (Bruce) of Morganton, NC; and his close friend Weimaraner Ellie.
