She is survived by: her father Arthur F. O'Day; her friend Ruth Wyman Neagle of Cumberland; her husband Thomas Edward Frank; her mother Sally Wilcox O'Day; her sisters, Wendy O'Day, Linda O'Day Kennedy (Robert F. Kennedy), Susan O'Day and Brooke O'Day; her siblings' children, Matthew Kennedy and Amanda Kennedy Dubiel (Roman Dubiel); her great-nieces, Justice Kennedy and Poppy Dubiel; and also Arthur F. O'Day.
