Wiggins (Lillie) of Garner and Willie L. Wiggins (Mary) of Raleigh; her stepson Ty Harrell of Raleigh; and her sisters, Frances P. Keith and Bernice Bledsoe. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, in-laws, other relatives and friends.
