She is survived by: her husband Warren Kreafle; her children, Donna Lee Williams (David) of Wake Forest, David Warren Kreafle of Wake Forest, Jeffrey Edward Kreafle (Juliann) of Jupiter, FL, Kenneth Charles Kreafle (Ilene) of Atlanta, GA and Carol Ann Nash (Matthew) of Chapel Hill; and her friends, Betty Vogt of Bel Air, MD. and Guil Vogt of Bel Air, MD.. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
