He was predeceased by: his father Jimmie Ross Blalock. He is survived by: his mother Wanda Faye Chunn; his wife Heather Blalock; his stepfather Wayne Linville; his daughters, Bree Ward (Patrick), Emily Blalock (Matt) and Allyson Blalock (Alex); his niece Kaydee Lyons-O'Neal (Thomas); his grandchildren, Madison, Mason, Cooper, Jackson and Lucy; his sister Jennifer Reavis (Joel); his pet Charlie; and his friends, Thor Severino, Chris Lynch and Dr. Brian Pettit. He is also survived by other nieces, cousins, and friends.
In an effort to remedy this appalling truth, and in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jimmie's memory may be made to the ALS Association, North Carolina Chapter.
