He was predeceased by: his spouse Thelma Martinelli; and his siblings, John and Barbara Mandato Duff. He is survived by: his children, Toni Mandato Moxley (Duane Schmoeger), Susan Mandato Erat (Mike), Joe, Jr. (Lisa), Jackie Finegan (Patrick) and Jeannette Fisher (Todd); his son-in-law Russ Moxley; his sister Elaine Dulys (Vytas); his grandchildren, John J. Mandato, Jr., Angela M. Moxley, Andrea M. Squitieri (Joe), Joseph Anthony Mandato III (Alexandra), Jackie Bumiller (Mark), Philip Fisher (Jessica), Jason Fisher, Colton Fisher, Emily Fisher, Andrew Finegan (Sarah Rhodes), Michael Finegan and Jack Finegan; his great grandchildren, Braedon Welsh, Sofia Bilski, Jackson Bumiller, Charley Mandato, Joseph A. Mandato, IV and Anthony Joseph Squitieri; and his grandson Erick Nolan. He is also survived by step grandchildren and great grandchildren, his many cousins, nieces and nephews, in-laws and friends.
