She was predeceased by: her parents, William Warren and Eula Taylor Warren; and her husband Rudolph Blake. She is survived by: her children, Danny Blake (Janet) of Wake Forest, Janie Warren Prewer of Wake Forest and Jerry Blake (Sonja) of Youngsville; her brother Ben Warren of Williamston, NC; and her grandchildren, Chad Blake (Kelley) of Henderson and Jeremey Blake (Shannon) of Youngsville. She is also survived by her great grandchildren.
