Mullen; her former husband Anthony Materkowski (Tony); her husband Ronald Phelps of Wake Forest; her sons, Rob (Kate) and Mark (Toni); her grandchildren, Mason Mullen of Wake Forest, Destiny Danenberger of Plattsburgh and Alex Danenberger; and her aunts, Noreen Loper of Ottawa and Flo Larose Regan Tosh.
