She was predeceased by: her husband John Milton "Bud" Martin; her parents, Robert Fulton Hayes and Dora Kathleen Hayes (Campbell) of Rocky Mount; and her brother Richard F. Hayes of Cherry Hill. She is survived by: her sons, Mike, Chris, Michael A. Martin (Tracy) of Angier, NC and Christopher N. Martin of Apex, NC; and her brothers, Kenneth E. Hayes (Margaret) of Rocky Mount, NC and Donald W. Hayes (Margaret) of Rocky Mount, NC. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
