He was predeceased by: his children, Cora Hurley, Harvey Hart, Angela Ray and Anthony Carl. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; and his children, Lisa Bailey (Joel), Constance Whitfield (Ronnie), Wendy Hart and Franklin Hart (Terri). He is also survived by 8 grand children, 5 great grand children and 2 great-great grandchildren.
