He is survived by: his parents, Terry Payne Ray and Perry Neal Ray, Sr. of Wake Forest; his sister Ashley Michelle Ray of Los Angeles, CA; his grandparents, Charles and Wynelle Attardi of Raleigh; and his stepgrandmother Betty Rich Payne of Palatka, FL. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
