He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Henderson Dickerson and Mattie Beck Smith Dickerson; and his wife Beth Beasley Dickerson. He is survived by: his children, Robert C. "Dick" Dickerson, Jr. (Susy) of San Antonio, TX and Elizabeth Beck "Liz" Dickerson Morris (Jason) of Lillington, NC; his grandchildren, Robert Zachary Dickerson of Dallas, TX and Sydney Michelle Dickerson Bass (Steven) of Houston, TX; and his great grandchild Coleman Robert Bass. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
