It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Joseph Bateson (Wake Forest, North Carolina), who passed away on July 5, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bateson and Stella Casne Bateson; his wife Ann Marie Bateson; his son Robert Peter Bateson; his granddaughter Lisa Bateson; and his sister Gladys Haberl.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Kwiatek (Walter), Brooks Bateson (Nancy) and William Bateson (Jackie); and his grandchildren, Trina, Brooks, Paige, Justin, Jessica, Billy, Bobby Jr. and Kimberly.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. John's Episcopal Church COVID-19 Relief Fund 834 Durham Road Wake Forest, NC in Bob's name.
